<center><img src="http://20v.org/tirewhee.jpg"></center><p>After searching for wheels, I have decided to give it up and restore a set of Speedlines I already have. Mine should look as good as the ones in the pic.

Reading a spec sheet I see that the Coupe Speedlines have a 38mm offset, the sedan wheels (mine) are listed as having a 45mm offset. Since i have to buy tires, I don't want to waste the money on a lot of wheel rub.

45mm will be closer to engine, a 38mm would be closer to the fender.

Stock Audi is +45 for a 14x6 wheel or +38 for a 15x6 wheel. Wider wheels at 45 may rub on the strut tower, wider wheels (ie more than 6.5") as something less than 37 may rub on the fender arch. Best bet is to stick to a 6 or 6.5 wheel at 15 or 16 inches with +38 or give or take for the offset.

Web site said 45 for sedans , 38 folr Coupes, Maybe the sedan wheels are 14".

My wheels are 15", car has been around for 14 years, anything could happen.
