a) I said they were the best price I've seen anywhere, both for the lights and for the shipping. It would not be proper for me to quote a price, because that could miss lead others into thinking he's selling them at that price. It's quite possible that his price is a reflection of the price he paid for them, and their condition.

I'd hate to create a situation where I say I paid "X" amount, then you contact him and he says, "Y" amount and you think you're getting scammed, or I think maybe I paid too much.

He's a great guy, so email him. I wouldn't be talking him up, if I didn't think he was 100% trustworthy and honest.

b) Ebay is the most well known, well used, and most common source for finding parts for any car.
