flowmaster exhaust on a 4000s?

Default flowmaster exhaust on a 4000s?

may be getting a flowmaster for a 2.2l 10v 5 cylinder, i dont know much about the pipe, just that my dads friend has one for me

any tips.thoughts or anything?

It depends on what you mean. Is it a full exhaust system or just a muffler or resonator?

Most 5-cylinder guys (myself included) will tell you that these engines sound terrible with just a muffler, no matter what brand it is. You really need a resonator, and in fact I think they sound the best with just a resonator and no muffler. That's why it's so popular to cut off the muffler that sits under the trunk and just leave the "center muffler", which is a resonator.

So I would say it depends more on the setup than the brand.

yeah i think its just an end bit, thanks for the info because i really want my car to sound good
