They fixed the fuel lines (unsure if it was the metal tubes that were leaking or rubber hoses) and the car starts up without a lot of cranking. Although, when cold, it will stall until you give it some gas for about 10-30 seconds. No big deal, but just curious what you guys think it could be, cold start valve?
On another note, I hear a clunking noise when I engage the gear in the back of the car. I'm thinking the differential mounts may be bad. If the car is in gear and I coast then apply gas it doesn't do it as much.

I have to give it gas for a few seconds otherwise it'll die, and even after that the idle is really low (~400-500) until the car warms up. I just chalk it up to a slightly sticky ICV that I haven't had time to clean out yet.

sounds like your temp sensor may be bad or you have a vacuum leak causing it to run lean. The CSV only feeds fuel for the first 10-15 sec then cuts off (if it stays on you'd probably run better cold than warm and if it wasn't working you'd really have to crank to fire up). Also, you may have a weak spark.
