Ok, she's running, but not idling.
If I keep the revs above 1500, it'll keep running no problem, but if I let off the gas, it'll stumble, sputter then die.
I can do this about 5 or 6 times, then it will not start anymore. If I lift the airplate for a few secs, then it'll start again. Strange. It's like it's not getting enough fuel at the lower RPM's.
I have bought a new pump, filters, cleaned the injectors with a Ultrasonic cleaner ($30 at Wal-Mart) changed the fuel dizzy, injector seals and one new injector insert.
Could it be a bad fuel dizzy from the junkyard? It's hard to tell if it's a vac leak, cause I can't keep it running to test for leaks :P
Also, are the fuel dizzys suppose to make a hissing sound? I hear a slight hissing sound when I jump the pump.
Thanks again...

If you think it's a fuel problem, connect up some test leads to your cold start injector (alligator clips *can* get in there, if you are very careful!). Give it a shot of full 12 volts for a second or two, and see if that helps keep it running.
Or.. Maybe pull the connetor off the 'coolant temp sensor', which will make the mixture go full rich, and see if that affects things.
IF you DO have a fuel delivery problem, going full rich won't help, but giving the CSI a squirt may..
Also, try closing the full throttle switch when testing, and see if that makes any difference. That makes the ECU go 'open loop', and ignores the o2 sensor.
(Holding that switch closed with some wire or something is trick to use to get home if the o2 sensor fails, and fvucks up everything too! That, or just unconnecting the o2 sensor)
Keep trying! You'll figure out *everything* about CIS yet! :-)

From the Bentleys, but posted at Blau's site<ul><li><a href="http://www.blauparts.com/technical_tips/fuel%20injection%20troubleshoot/fuel_injection_trouble_4k.htm">FI trouble matrix</a></li></ul>
