There is a no overtime policy in place that prevents me from working anymore. If I need extra cash I have a 2nd job that I flextime at, along with a few consulting gigs.

Default retirement, means I get to put in all those hours at home, trying to catch up with everything
that's been neglected all these years. And hopefully be able to afford it,

40-45 hrs a week max... but like morgan, not all that time is necessarily productive
