Gas smell

Gas smell
Yesterday I put gas in my car and i could smell gas long after i filled it up, the smell just wouldn't go away, its not leaking gas or anything.
What could it be??

On a couple rare occasions for some crazy reason, I got the gas cap on cockeyed. Check right after you park, if there's gas down the side of your car behind the flap.
