<center><img src="http://members.verizon.net/~vze4phja/images/qrallysm.jpg"></center><p>Flingin the rear end to and fro may seem fun, but it's not fast.
Think smooth
Assuming somewhat soft suspension, bump up the tyre pressurs a bit, and watch for rollover.
Get it into gear quickly, guessing you'll probably run in 2nd, so get it there as fast as you can, and you'll probably leave it alone.
You're going to have a fair amount of roll, just be prepared.

torqe is 126ftlbs@3000rpm also the same for the 4banger kinda weird i thought but the 5cyl has a 13hp gain, actuallly now that i think it if u could mount a a modifed gti or audi motor in there it would be way fast with weight saveings and a 5 speed hmmmm i dunno just thinkin her sorry ;o)

with the quattro i do most of my starts 3k-4k rpm, there the front wheels will spin some but not terribly. feels like a strong start to me. if you dont like the wheelspin just take it down a notch, sometimes you get better results if you come off the clutch at like half throttle till you start rollin and then hit it. its a preference thing, go out to your local back streets and bang out a dozen starts, youll find where you like it.

Even being up high, it has VERY little body roll. That AutoX pic was in third gear midway through a set of slalom's, and that's about as much roll as it has.
You can jump on the front or rear as hard as you want and it's not going to give. If you didn't know it, you'd think it was mounted on solid suspension mounts.
Here's a pic of James' suspension, mine is the same. You can see the thickness of the strut piston. You can see how tall it is from here. The rotor is 295mm, so you can guesstimate the travel with your ruler.
<img src="http://members.verizon.net/~vze4phja/images/rallyq_24sm.jpg">
You can see here, the tremendous amount of clearance it has. At this point my jack broke, so it's not quite to the limit of travel, but here it's 33cm. It could go another 4-8cm or so, before the tyre lifts off the ground.
