Major tune-up and service $375
Diff. seals center output and rear pinion $525
High pressure power steering hose replacement $523
Fuel gauge sending unit $425
Oil pan repair and minor service $223
all coming to a total of $2061, which is about $500 more than I have into the car including purchase price.
I think im going to Go with the Major tune up and oil pan repair.
In my opinion the other things can wait (and im currently unemployed so i cant afford the others) Do these seems like fair estimates? I need to make my decision tonight and call the shop in the morning

Seems a bit on the high side for the typical plugs, cap, rotor, and wires job. I'd say have him do the oil pan and DIY the tune up.

for a fraction of the cost and a good shop knows that. frequently the custom made hose is better than original equiptment. you can easily do the tune up yourself. just have them adjust the vavles or timing if your car requires that. the oil pan can be done by yourself very easily. what "repair" does it need? you could probably come up with a good used one for alot less.
i just wouldn't take this as a final. i'd see what another shop says and what they'd charge. don't tell the other shop you know anything and let them figure out what it needs. they may not find that much that needs repair.
this is the best reason for buying tools, a manual, and doing things yourself. learn as you go. you'll save a fortune in the long run.

and to be honest, unless it's a guy who specializes in these cars, they'll probably use ****ty parts, or do a poor job.. i've taken up just not letting anyone touch my car.

Unless its an Audi tech who actually knows these cars, I would go elsewhere to find a more reasonable price, or DIY. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor are really easy to do and will save you serious cash!
Fuel sending unit takes 5 minutes to swap out (if it just needs replacing). No need to spend the cash there.

Fuel sending unit does only take 5 minutes and DIY is the way to go.... unless you are not able too, I would get a better quote from someone else. Also even though I wouldn't ever use it a lot of folks have had great results with Seafoam and a tune-up.
