Is the hazard light switch connected to the turn signals somehow?

My turn signals wouldn't work this morning. Then suddenly they started working again. (Already made a seperate post about that). When I got in my car yesterday the hazards were on but not working so I'm wondering if turn signals and hazards are connected somehow someway and if there is something I can fix there to stop this from happening. Thanks!!!

That relay

Is the hazard/turn signal relay. Sounds like it needs replaced!

Actually...that sounds like an ignition switch. That happened to me in my 90.

Well when you turn it on...you get power to them...if its goes bad...

Then it could give them constant power or no power. Pretty much what happened with mine. I know its a different chassis vehicle and everything...but Im guessing its the same concept? lol
