headlights and blinkers work. I checked the fuses and everythign seems okay. Thoughts? I don't have my Bentley so I'm flying blind. I have to drive home tonight and need lights!

The switch has melted and shorted internally. Put a new/new-used one in. I HIGHLY reccomend relaying the switch too. If you do a search on the 4000 forum for headlight switches, you'll find a diagram of how to do it. The relay is like 5 bucks at napa. But for sure it's the switch. Even if you can jiggle it and get it to work, it'll eventually fail again for good and/or melt other internal stuff.

I found this weird because everyone w/a dash switch problem had parking lights and not headlights. I pretty much have the inverse.
