Default I don't get what your asking. Digi cluster flashes on and off with the brakes?

Does eash of the 3 sections of the cluster flash together, or just one section? Has he had the cluster apart and messed with it?

With more info some one can probally help.

I'm betting that the cluster flashes on/off, and the brake lights don't work as they should. 2 probs

Default Mine blinks sometimes when I flip to my 400+ watt high beams.

I'd start by metering the voltage at the brake lights. I agree with Whit, I'd bet there's a short or bad ground issue with the brake lights.

Default Fuses 1st>>>

should be one fuse for the dash. Then I'd look under the cowling that covers the top of the dash... and inspect the ground wiring, it's brown if I remember correctly.

The headlight switch could be the cause of the wiring problems if you find some. these are problematic anyway.

For the brake lights... look for a short somewhere back there.
