Default I give up, can't make the r/r e-brake work, changed the caliper and everything else works fine

but as soon as the e-brake is engaged only the left caliper works.

Lifted the rear end of the car and had a buddy pull the e-brake handle; the cable works fine, pulls both sides equally and the caliper spring engages, but the wheel wont stop.
Any ideas? Could it be a broken caliper again (even though it's new/reman)?

Bleeding was done properly, the driving brake works just fine.

Default Mine took some effort to get going again too..

Can't remember what all I did, but I know I started the bleeding process over at least once, tightened up the slack in the lines real good and I managed to get it going..Don't give up..it's lots of fun with a working e-brake..
