Im getting close, euro lights question

Im getting a tad closer to getting some H1/H4's for the 4kq. Ive got a friend on the other side of the pond, and he has been very gracious and has checked around. I have a question though.
Would there be any consequence in having 2 different brand of headlight assemblies? My initial thought is "uh no, they will look the same." Am I correct, and I assume they will look identical. The two kinds Im possibly gonna get are Hella and Cibie. Do all H1/H4's have city lights?

up close they may look a little different... The beam pattern may also be slightly different. AFAIK they all have the city lights.

The other issue would be that if they came from the UK they beam will be shaped wrong

I know the UK Audi 90's had these same lights, but they are set up for traffic on the other side of the road. Hopefully yours are coming from Germany.
