well when i tried to get my thermostat housing off i spanpped off the head to the blot and the bolt is still in there so i tried the get it out with the easy out system and that failed so what do i do know. (the easy out might have work if my dad hadn't gone the ankeney thats night with all the tools)

Mine did that too.. Corroded to the housing, so the heads of the bolts snapped off.
Once I got the housing off, lots of bolt, but no head. :-(
So.. heated what was left up red hot with the torch, and waited 'till they cooled a bit. Came right out, using visegrips on what was left.
Now if the bolts sheared off even with the block.. Good luck with the easyouts! (although, CAREFUL use of the torch may still help...!)
