Im not selling my car BTW. I was just wondering what everyone here thinks thier car is worth (in the real world). Its tempting to ask a lot if you have dumped a lot of money into it..but unfortunatly that doesnt work. If I were to list my car for some insane reason.. Id ask 2150. What about everyone else?

However in the unfortunate case of a bad accident of theft I'd really like to get it insured for about 8K.
Nobody would ever pay me that much for it of course...
Speaking of which, anyone here ever insure their car for more than blue book? It's technically a classic now +20years.

there's too much sentimental value to ever sell! Though just because I was curious...went to kbb.com to see what their "private party" value would be. For my car in EXCELLENT condition (which is a stretch by far!) they said $965. I'll never sell it...just drive her to the ground.
