Really? I looked up the audi 4000 quattro and it said 4x100... huh, guess i should change it

Yeah, it's a pain in the butt. The quattros were always 4x108, but the FWD B2 cars were 4x100, except the Coupe GT which switched to 4x108 in '85 I think. Even the VW mechanic in town had trouble with it, he kept giving me the wrong replacement lug bolt and I think I got two spare wheels from him that were 4x100 before I finally decided to order one through Autozone.

NO APPARENT REASON why the did it that way. I would have thought that if they wanted to do something different for the quattros they would have gone with a 5x112 like the Ur-Q and 5000...
