Default Re: front spoiler

It was an OEM Audi option.

I have its part number around here somehwere?

Its been un-available for quite a few years now.

Several have imitated it, but these dont have to front vents as the OE item does.

Default Re: If you're keeping this '83 and want it to look real good...

I've thought about both of those before but they will have to wait for now, the only lights I've ever seen were really pricy. Maybe if I get it painted in the future I'll take off those reflectors but I'm pretty sure they screw on and I don't want to have to fill the holes right now.
Thanks for the advice though.

Default Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but...

I'd be willing to trade some of the ride quality for the lowered look and intense handling in the twisties! ;-)

The set I had on my Coupe, worked perfectly! ;O)

Default Part numbers...

I hope you guys are starting to see why I bought this rust bucket of a car... the car may break in half, but the accessories will live on FOREVER!!!

Here is the paperwork on the front spoiler (I can scan for anyone who wants to read German).

Hersteller : Votex GmBH
Typ : 855
Serien Nr : 855 071 605
Typzeichen KBA : 36138
Made in West Germany

Wow, the paperwork has some interesting info on painting with elastic additive. I will definitely scan tomorrow.

It is nice to know there are car guys like me out there that are as sick as I am!
