Ok, I just fiddled around with the 2 instrument cluster lights on the 85. One side of the cluster (tach side) was pretty bright, brighter than its ever been, and the other side dark/dim. I wiggled and fiddled with the other bulb and wow, both illuminate like Ive never seen before, its amazing. Not really sure how they are that bright. Then i go over to the 4kq and they seem dim compared to the 4k's. Whats the correct bulb to use on those? One wasnt working at all on the 4kq, so I just took a bulb and holder from another cluster I had and stuck it in, it worked. But, what volt/wattage to use? Would going to a higher volt/wattage make them brighter? If all else fails, I may try swapping out the bulbs from the 4k to 4kq. But, Id like to have both clusters illuminate brightly!
