Default Motor update... and a few Qs...

Hi guys. So here she is. Getting there. The compression is awesome. We are aiming for the beginning of April for the swap. I am installing a 5ktQ tranny at the same time. That being the case we are planning to drop the motor and tranny together out from the bottom. Any BTDT on this? We were thinking about dropping the whole front suspension at the same time. I'm not sure about this as reassembly strikes me as possibly being harder this way.

Obviously the whole front subframe will come down. I've never been this far with an Audi before. I usually just squeeze the living snot out of the motors and drive them. This will be different.

Also, and parts that I am likely to break and need to replace? Any input, feed back, suggestions are welcome. TIA.

Default 6 bolts hold the subframe in, mouting from underneath is how the factory does it.

I mouted the block (w/o head) and trans in one piece from underneath.
