Let me guess....that's the way the car is supposed to be? :/ Assuming that's the case, has anyone modified the ducting to get heat out of all 4 vents?

It's the same on the CGTs & 4Ks. Haven't modified my ducting though so I can't help there.

I'm used to the VW's which run hot air out the center vents and fresh [read; cold] air out the side vents.

If you want to do the vent mod, it's basically pull the front lower section of the dash off, then you can get to the center vents and side vent ducting.

You'll see how it's set up and you just block off the current ducting to the center vent and provide the center vents with air from the same duct work that feeds the side vents.

I've left mine alone.
