Default That's funny, because the brackets and buckets are Audi Fox/VW dasher.

And I always liked the quad rounds on the '77 Audi Fox I had way back in the '80s. Nothing wrong with a little customizing to make one's car the way they want it. Plus, I can upgrade to an H4/H1 combo without having to go the Eurolight route.

If you want everyone to conform to one standard, perhaps you are the one that should be driving an appliance like a Honda.

Weren't you even contemplating putting VW flares on your car?

Default flares are universal to any car.. and i quickly abandoned the idea.

i dont want everyone to conform to one standard.. just not to ones that aren't fitting to the car.. flares for example fit.. and i cant seem to remember why... oh yea thats right there's already a coupe with them. fog and driving lights fit, huge mud flaps fit, euro lights fit, subtle air dam lips fit.. and btw, with the exception of the cobra those cars of your friends are hideous and would be embarrassed by my stock e28 m5 around a track.

Default Yeah, I figured you wouldn't like them, that's why I showed them to you :P

To tell you the truth, as much fun as I have working on them and riding in them, there is no way I would want to build a car like that. They aren't my style, either.

Default Well, I wouldn't call them hideous, though,

I still think they are very cool cars and I am very proud of the work I did on them, however they are just not something I would want to build or own for myself. Of course, they wonder why I want to spend all my time and money on my slow, little Audi.

Oh, well, to each his own.

Take care, Man!

Default haha you spend the money on the audi because..

real cars can handle and your fwd 4 banger 4k certainly can do that, just as my cgt can.. and it takes a real man to drive fast around corners.

For increased performance you NEED to change things. Lower center of gravity, less tire roll over...
