im willing to bet some of you here have these tires!! how has your experiance been with these? i wanna know if they are supposed to be very load( mine seem like i am driveing on vents) they are sooooooo load at aroubnd35-45 mph and they make the car vibrate .at 55 mph they seem ok. they are 195/70's on 5k rims(14in'ithink)any ideas

They will be louder, yes
Snow tires will definitely have a 'hummmmm' to them at certain speeds. Dont worry about it, and enjoy the benefits of traction when everyone else doesn't come ice/snow time. By the way, its 'loud'.
