Default Funny how my 25 year old CGT ICM is still good, but one of my S4 ICMs went out at 90k.

I think it's the location with the engine bay heat which destroys them.

The CGT ICM heat dissipation goo has all leaked out, but it still keeps firing.

Now I get to repost one of may favorite reminders...which I'm sure you already know; "Remember to put new heat sink paste under the ICM."<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2710185.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2710185.phtml</a</li></ul>

Default I'm interested in parts.

rt. ft. Window reg., speedo cluster, shifter boot, any trim &amp; clips that would help when I repaint the 5k wagon

Default The compound is in the trunk. I fiddled with the old ICM and got it working but the lead broke again

as it's very fragile.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2900514.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2900514.phtml</a</li></ul>

Default Got my buds 85 4kQ back on the road after 3 years! Im ignoring my 20v right now...

She pissin me off (i dont wanna talk 'bout it)... so I neglected the 20v and helped out with the final touches on getting the 85 back on the road.

Still needs some final tweaks but after three years it moved itself up and around the block, burned off tons of old grime, and got ready for some mroe maintenance stuff coming up in the next few weeks (ahem, thanks Dan for the ABT headers!)

Default I had a tech check my lug bolts right after I torqued them...one was loose. Tech is good...

...and keeps me safe. Don't let them give you any ****. It's done for their protection and that of the other racers. It doesn't matter how OCD one is about their car, it's always good to have someone double check just to make sure everything is good.
