Hello all,

I buddy of mine p-chopped this pic of my wheels. I have been considering going to 17"s but I would want coilovers first to ensure no rubbing. So for less money I can have my existing rims redone to what you see below. What do you think?

Default 17s are cool but....

the 16s have very good turn in response. I don't think you'd gain a bunch by going with the 17" wheels and tires. Are you doing this for aesthetics or performance?
I do like the painted centers. Looks great.

Default 17"s would be mainly for looks.

I've seen it done, I like the way it fills in the wheel well.

Default Only problem with black is that it makes things appear smaller. Since the rim of the wheel is...

going to remain the original finish, then it may not have much of an affect. I do like the black though.

Default Ditto that.

One of the main reasons that I'd like to switch to 17's is the way it fills up the whole well. The 16's are plenty big, and probably the optimal size, but they look too small at times. As with any wheel, they have their angles. 17's are just big enough, without being too big. I guess it's fueled by all these pictures of these European CGT's and 4k's that have 17's or bigger. They just look damn good.
