Default Peeling clear coat (roof & spoiler)...what would you suggest?

I made a post around Christmas time that the clear coat on my spoiler has started to peel. BUT, today, I noticed some peeling beginning on my roof! I really don't know what action to take first. I don't have garage space now to be sanding it down, taping off, priming, painting, etc. I do have some paintscratch.com clear coat. Think I should cut away the "flaps" of existing clear coat and then put a shot of of the spray clear coat on there too keep it from pulling more? Maybe it will hold off till it warms up and then I can pay it the appropriate attention? Then when it DOES warm up, think I should actually sand this down and repaint the patch? Plus, I'll have to find some flexy paint for the spoiler. Here are pics...makes me sick! Beware, she's dirty.
First, the spoiler:

Then a big spot on the roof...no watch for scale, sorry...but it's about 2 inches:

Then a smaller spot, about 1/4 inch further back:

Very frustrating. Any thoughts?

Default Maybe some more aggressive polishing compound to feather the peeling areas, then clean the wax the

polishing compound can leave behind (clay bar?) then shoot it with clean coat, overlapping the edges of the peeling area. Then use more of the compound at the overlap.

You could also use some very fine sand paper and do a wet sand. Tougher to do in the winter though.

Default I had a lot of those places, and...

That's why I repainted the car. However, I'm not sure that i would've repainted if I only had one or a few spots.

Default Ouch!!! Looks like you may get away with a polishing compound and a few shots of clear coat spray

for a while, but in the end, the paint really is going. I think you'll last until summer, then I'd think about getting the paint redone.

Default I really don't want to have the paint redone...

guess it's just not in my order of $$ priorities (school loans, S4, etc). I definitely have to fix up some surface rust that's about to get ugly on the rear quarter panels. So once it warms up, I'll pull out the newspaper and sandpaper and do the clear coat spots and my rust, all in one fell swoop. Afterall, my job at fixing my hood rust wasn't bad at all. I'm a master of taping newspaper (see below). When I'm about to start the work, I'll do some before and afters. But for now, I think I'll just try to use the clear coat spray to hold it off.

An example of my FINE taping and papering skills:

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Default polish and wet-sand

I would polish with rubbing compound, remove the wax, do a light wet sand and spray some clear, then wet sand and buff.

Default You're screwed, but potential home-brew remedy inside.

Delamination. Nothing much you can do about it.
However, cut back the edges with a razor blade or similiar and try using nail polish (the clear stuff) to seal the edges. May keep it from lifting for awhile and getting worse.
Delam happens either because the base coat wasn't prepped right or the clear wasn't thick enough.

Default Ha! I was actually thinking to use nailpolish...but I thought I'd be laughed at

for even suggesting such a girly remedy. Thanks for the tip. I'm thinking this ice crap sliding off the car may have had something to do with the roof beginning to peel.
