Default Picaso...RIP 86 4000 CSQ.

It was a perfect day for the task. Cold, with a nasty north wind and some snow in the morning. Saturday without much fanfare a coupld friends and I removed what was left of the 86 4k csq from the garage.

I really don't like posting this as I feel like the arch-angel of death. Car was too rusty to think about fixing. I stripped about every usable part off the car before the sawzall went to work.

I suppose the fact I actually never drove this car made it somewhat painless. After loading it looked like a Picaso...

The drive-train will be going in my 87 Shell destine for track use. At least some parts will live on.

RIP

Sad, but thats the way of things. It just makes the rest of them that much rarer

At least now you've got more room in the garage! And you lifted a whole group of parts!

Default I spy a master cylinder....

There's still meat on them bones!
Every single nut, bolt, wire, hose, body plug and bit of trim goes in a plastic box from Home Despot and you get:

You got what you needed, though - it'll keep the good ones going. RIP
Cheers!

Default Yes, I thought about some of the rest but I just needed it out of the garage.

Heck the copper from the wiring harness would have fetch a few extra bucks at the salvage yard.

The master was so rusty and I even left the steering rack and pedal assembly. Oh well.
