this was like a month ago up neer my house..it was an old guy in a red cgt....sooo nice omg...paint was perfect he had full exaust nothing else tho..i asked him if he would race to see how id do against a coupe...needless to say i beat him pretty bad.........hehe , the question i have is my car a Speicial edition because it has thr 2.2 i5 without quattro? thx for any input

The Coupe and Coupe GT all came with 5 cylinder engines in the USA. They got the same engines as the 4000 Quattro. Frankly, if you have a 4000 Quattro and beat him, he was a poor driver. The Coupe GT is quite a bit quicker than a 4000Q due to weight (unless you were racing in weather where traction was limited and quattro would be an advantage).

Not too many of the fwd 4000's came with the 5-cylinder, but it's not really a 'special edition', per se. It's just an extra option.

With my big heavy 200q it *only* a 2.2 5cyl as well should be fair enough hehe j/k Nice win though.
