Default Radio Antenna

I had to remove the radio to install a new temperature cable. When I re-installed the radio I could no longer get radio stations. AM or FM. The CD player works fine. Is there a fuse somewhere for the antenna booster?

Default The antenna needs power...

from the radio itself. It has a build in amp.

Have you connected the wire coming from the antenna to the radio again?

The crappy plug in sometimes falls out as you push the radio back in

Default Re: The antenna needs power...

I finaly got to lookin at this issue again. I checked the antenna connection at the back of the CD player and the antenna is plugged in good. It fits realy well and is snug.

Does any one know how much voltage should be going to the booster? I'm guessing 12v???

I'm going to take a multi-meter to the conecter from the cd player to the antenna booser and see how much is there.
