Is it possible to connect aftermarket/non original alarm/startblock so you via the remote can control the original vacuum powerlock system.
And if it is, how do you go about it.
Connect it in the driver side door, or do you have to connect it to the pump unit itself in the trunk?

i ended up using two pump motors, one was relayed with the 3 seconds for on, one connected to the relay and was the off pump. both tee'd into the powerlock vacuum line.
I replaced the actuator in the driver's door with an extra trunk actuator (the one from the factory does not operate on vacuum) then I ran a vacuum line to the driver's door. Now all of my doors are vacuum operated and it just took a bit or creativity. (having spare parts helps too)
i just didn't want to have to go out and buy electric actuators.
