Default School me on suspension for the 4kq...

First thing i need to do is get rid of the body roll. I'm willing to fork out up to $1000, preferably less.

Default I'm in the same situation with my newly acquired 4kq

I'm not really impressed with any of the coilovers available, 2bennet & Ground control (Although I've seen some nice custom mounts on the forum that looked nice but I cant remember who?) so I think I'm going to just go with bilstien sports and I got a line on some used eibachs. I hope this will hold up for track duty soon. I am also going to get heavier duty strut bearings and I'm going to try these poly bushings(see link)after my disgust with Blau's delrin crap.

poly bushings

Default Coilovers

I have no personal experience with them, but if you willing to fork out big bucks for a suspension, go with coilovers.
My 4kq has H&R springs and Boge Turbo Gas shocks, and there is body roll. Ive driven a 4kq with H&R springs and Bilstein Sport shocks, and there was body roll. And that car was for "track only" useage.
You could go with H&R springs and Koni shocks, which is what Im stepping up to here soon.
If I were you and had the cash, Id pony up for some coilovers. 2Bennett has them, and I have no experience at all with them. Not sure if the Ground Controls are the same as the 2B setup either.

Default Koni H&R would be good

Shox.com quoted me $779 for the package.

Default Wow - Sway bar bushings!

Never seen them anywhere else. Thanks for the link. They're out of stock right now though.
