Service Advice -- Northern Virginia

I need to have work done on my car very quickly as it currently will not start. I just moved to Alexandria, VA 2 weeks ago and am at a loss for where to have service done. I called the two dealerships in the area and they are booked through the end of october. Does anyone have any advice on where I can take my car.

There is a GREAT German only repair shop in Arlington, and a GREAT German only boby shop in Alexandria. One is called WagenWerkz and the other is KraftWagen and for the life of me I can't remember which one is the repair shop. Those were the ONLY shops I went to when I live up there. They were incredible!
