Its fun (not)
You need the correct size punch, and Ive found a 3/16th size punch worked perfectly. BUT, beware, it may not come out easily, BTDT on Morgans 4kq (Petunia).
So, get a hammer and punch, and make sure to soak the area in some penetrating oil. Depending on where the car has lived its life it may be easy to get out or very difficult.

I hate slave cylinder pins. We tried, but could not get mine out. Therefore...
I have a new slave and master in my trunk till another day/another try. :-\
Like Mikey said...penetrating oil, a punch, and a big F'ing hammer will be your friend.
