For those of you unfamiliar with Mance Etheridge's work I will provide a quick introduction. Mance, known as 1PissedOff90 on AW, has been producing extremely well thought out and superbly built custom parts for his 90q B4 model. It just so happens that he has produced a solid CNC'd strut mount fitted with a spherical bearing with a 90,000lbs load rating to replace the absolutely useless front strut mounts we all share (testing shows the stock mounts fail after one or two simulated hard pothole hits!). Now the 80/90/CQ all share the same front strut mount, though so do the 4000 and CGT. So it would be remiss that you all not get the same offer over here for these mounts:

After talking with Mance Etheridge, 1Pissedoff90, it has been discussed that he would be willing to do a 50 pair production run if the interest is there. We have settled on at least having 10 pairs fully locked in and purchased in full before the production run on our end.

Now Mance has a very limited number of mounts left from the first build. These are available to our current group purchase participants at $423.50 per pair. There are more people interested than Mance has mounts, so basically if we don't do a production run only a very select few get mounts and we never see these units ever again.

Pricing for the production run would be considerably better at $345.00 per pair. Then there would be 40 pairs of mounts available aside from the original 10 participants that have prepaid.

The kit would include a guide and drill bit for properly installing the mounts, a core of $50 would accompany the guide.

Now these mounts are still in testing though the current results are massively promising. These mounts are superior in everywhere over any other mount I have seen, the bearing has a very high load rating, the bearing is easily replaceable, the mount is properly affixed to the chassis and we all know Mance stands behind anything he builds. Any problems and both of us would be standing behind the product with support.
