I also want to put in new springs this spring. (that's wierd!) My 4KQ sit low in the back (my mother inlaw is NOT responsible!) A few pics would really help me decide what I want to do. Measurements would help also. Am I asking too much here?

I used some front spring tops (not strut mounts/bearings) from a '93-'98 Jetta (I believe) and some rubber cushions from the rear of a rabbit to raise my 4kQ's rear. It rasised the rear of the car about 1-2" and made the car sit level or a little higher in the rear (the poor mans correction to sagging springs). I haven't had a problem yet, that I know of. I am upgrading my springs all around, one of these weekends, while I do the struts and bushings. I bought some Eibach/Eiboch springs, I was told by GPR that they were the closest to OE hieght that I would find. Here in Michigan I wanted the ground clearance, but didn't want to pay $800 for dealer springs.
