We gotta compete globally.
If it can be made cheaper and/or better elsewhere, we've got not business doing it here.
Probably an unpopular opinion around some circles, but that's what I'm thinking.
Why pay more for something to be done inefficiently in place A if it is so much easier or cheaper than doing it in place B?
Instead of expecting to get paid more than you are worth, it might be time to step up and become worth more. What's wrong with that?
