Default My input

I noticed better turn in with my Jamex bar. Its adjustable too, which is neat.

I never autox'ed the car or tracked it unfortunately. This was purely my experience wit having the car safely on the street. Nice product for sure, Id love to get my mits on another one of those.

Default It's a very noticeable difference in handling, like mike said, you can feel the turn in response

improvement. It made the car a lot more predictable in high speed turns and overall, the car just felt a lot more stable when pushed. I did the strut bar and a rear sway bar a few months after that and it only got better from there.

doesn't it also help to prevent flexing over time?

Default Rear sway

I had the pleasure of doing a few things to a 4kq that Blau prepped years ago. Its the car I got my minty red CE seats out of.
The car had all the Blau goodies and was so nice to drive (it was tracked at quattro club events). To my own knowledge and memory its the only 4kq Ive driven and pushed hard that had a rear swaybar. It was so nice to drive around the twisties and I could def tell the difference between my car and that one. It did not have a front strut brace, it could have used one, but it wasnt totally necessary.

Default PITA to install

The reason I never put my Jamex one on the car is because the strut towers are double wall thickness, and are not easy to drill through. Then you have to remove the strut to access the bolts/nuts to attach the bar. I never felt the car needed it to go through the effort.

Default Ohh its Dwight!

BTW we didnt have to remove the struts at all. Drilling though the 2 pieces of metal was tricky, but overall pretty easy install.
