Sun Visor Light Bulb?

The light has failed on my passenger sun visor. I'm hoping it's the bulb. How do you get at the bulb to change it, and what kind of bulb is it?

You might try pushing in on the assembly,

Mine came unglued and all it tooke was some silicone to make the light work again..
