Does anyone have a blowup explosion kind of picture of the front suspension and steering.

It looks like I have to replace tie rods, ball joints and wheel bearings and if I got $ left, shocks.

I can get great pricing for the parts and the mechanic will put them on, but I need to be sure I get the right ones.

This is going to set me back about $450 labor + parts. The mechanic wants $1,450 for the job.

If I get the parts, I can cut this down to $850.

A picture would help.

I live in Lakeside CA, close to San Diego.
My mechanic is going to do the work though.
The confusion was because the mechanic said 4 ball joints. He meant two in front and two in back.

I brought the car in for the front suspension and didn't even consider the back suspension had problems.

But I found a great source for parts and pricing !

$450 to press bearings and install all parts and align.
