AudiSport4000

Havnt had to deal with any suspension issues for years, now one comes along. I get this small "creak" noise when the Im turning the steering wheel to the right just as it is about to stop at full lock. Any instant thoughts that come to mind? A broken spring would suck, but thats what entered my head, but who knows. Maybe something has worked its way loose? Strut mount?

Thoughts?
