LOL, sorry but it's true, the CGT is gonna get his *** whupped in short order. Maybe the Bimmer is getting ready to lap him. ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
But seriously, I'm going to VIR next month to do the same thing. Hopefully I can harrass the Camaros and Vettes in the turns like usual.

Yeah, fan club. That'll be the day. Only people who like underdogs and mid-pack finishers need apply. ![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
I 'race' in hill climbs (www.bmr-scca.org), which are like autocrosses but uphill with trees and rocks to dodge instead of pylons. Very scary and lots of fun.
To get on race tracks I go with NASA driving schools (excellent, BTW) and have so far been to Summit Point (numerous times), BeaveRun (once) and VIR (next month). $150-300 depending on number of days and venue. This is actually cheap, you get tons of track time and need only your well sorted street car and a helmet. I recommend it to everyone. You can't race for this kind of money and you WILL still drive fast and pass the occasional moving chicane (poorly driven Integras are my favorite).

NASA's web site

Hey I live 15 miles from Beaverun ,I've raced my Formula Vee there but haven't had the coupe on it yet .What did you think of it ?I had my GT there for an open track day but was offered a 944 cup car to drive and couldn't turn it down.
Let me know if you are coming out this way again so I can come over and visit.
