Type89 springs on a type85?

Hey, anyone know what the end result would be from using early typ89 Eibach springs on a typ85? That would keep the height about the same, right? IIRC, if you use stock typ89 springs on a typ85 it raises the car 1-1.5", and Eibachs lower by about that same amount...so typ89 lowering springs would = stock hieght but firmer on a typ85...right? I'm rebuilding the front suspension and would love some stiffer sprints up front, but I'm not touching the rear at this time, so I would only be upgrading the fronts. I can get a new set of type89 front Eibacks for dirt cheap (the rears were messed up, so price is cheap being front only). So, I'm jsut trying to think this all out...
