So I got a big shiny breaker bar and managed to get all the lug bolts out without event, until I got to the driver's side rear wheel. Its stuck to the hub pretty good. Any suggestions on how to get the damned thing off the rotor without damaging the wheel or the tire? I already soaked the lip around the hub with penetrating oil to soak in overnight. Odd how only one wheel got stuck, of course I can see why, it had the hardest lug bolts to break.

i'd use a large rubber mallet and pound on the outside. then get under the car and pound on the inside (of the outer-rim or tire). this usually works after enough banging. if not, put the weight of the car on the tire. this is tricky. on a parts car i stripped, this happened. i put some blocks of wood under the car so it could only fall an inch or two. then lowered the car onto the ground. after a short time, the rim broke loose and the car dropped onto the wood blocks. i jacked it back up and pulled the wheel off. it worked well, the secret is to stack the wood so it will only allow a small drop.

You can either kick each side of the wheel or install 2-3 of the lug bolts back on but loose, let the car down and roll it back and forth. I have to do this everytime I put my summer wheels back on, I never put anti-sieze on, which I should!
