The URL of the PC is what is cached, so any time your browser tries to pull the pic from that URL, it pulls it from cache. You said you were using a "new" browser, do you mean a freshly installed on or just a new session (ie opened a new window or restarted the application)? Remember that unless you specifically setup your browser to dump the cache at the end of each session, it will keep things in cache untill it needs the sapace for newer stuff... Try bringing up the URL of the pic then hold down the shift button and click reload...

Default Cleared Cache on both browsers... Still no workey... And you look like a fool! =D

Default Freshly installed browser, different cache file from IE.

But, it's a bit of a moot point now.
