issues... I had the same problem as you. I just went nuts with the clear silicone anywhere I thought could be leaking. Seems to be fixed now. As always ymmv.

That probably woke you up.
Your rain tray drains are clogged with leaves and decomposing matter. Water is filling up in the rain tray and leaking through the seal at the bottom of the fuse box surround.
