Default Who needs parts from an 86 4kq?

I know others here are parting out the same vehicle, and I am not trying to compete, but...

I have the opportunity to buy my friends car from his insurance company (he got T-boned). I am just trying to judge the response to see if it is worth me purchasing this vehicle for parts. The damage is on the left side, almost directly on the B-pillar.

The car is complete except for:
Rear suspension (twisted)
Drivers side doors/glass
Rear seat is bent
Rear spoiler is bent (tailights perfect)
Exhaust Manifold cracked
Rear window (was ejected and thrown 30 feet on impact)

It is a white, 86 4KQ 5spd with grey velour. The head has just been rebuilt, and it has a new alternator (1 week), new rad. fan (6 months), new clutch master/slave (6 months), etc.

I am in Georgia, but would be willing to ship smaller parts as needed.

Thanks
