i posted this before but the window raiser detached from my window. Some one suggested using a urethan glue and scraping the old glue out. Or would it work to get some gorilla glue and leave the old glue there? Or should i scrape the old glue out. But anyone have any suggestion on what i should use?

at the base of the driver side window there is a metal peice that raises the windows. It is attached to the window by some type of solid putty. But my window detached from this so would putting say gorrila glue or sometype of comprable glue work in this situation?

Windows are a common problem in our cars. The search should result in a good set of posts about it.
The gorrilla glue would likely work, however read a bit on the mechanism before you apply it. You might need to remobme the lifter and crimp it a bit, but be very careful on this. remember that everything's around 20 years old in there.
