would 2.5 inch exhaust be to much for a 2.3 NF?

i have a 2.5inch muffler and free flow cat for my 2.3Nf and i wondered if that would be to big?

Might hurt low end torque a bit

There really is no need to go bigger than 2.25"...that would support he t exhaust flow of a ~280hp engine no problem...

I use 2.5". Low end loss is not noticable.
