Would door panels from a 87 4kq fit a 1980 4000?

Part numbers are different because the pattern is different.
I'm thinking this is probably a good risk. The location of the armrest should be the same. The door shell isn't any different that I've seen and the window regs swap around just fine as there are holes for both manual and electric. I'm betting they will swap just fine.
