Would these fit 4kq??

Even if it would fit the shipping will be more than buy a brand new set on this side of the pond.

They are for an audi 80 from the modell years 88-93(???) here in the US

Not necessarily . . .

If the spring set is air-mailed then the postage / shipping would be exorbitant.

If, on the other hand, they're shipped by surface (4 - 6 weeks) it would be acceptable . . .

How much of a hurry are you in?

By the way, if you're patient springs can be gotten a LOT less expensively than the set noted.
